Agency Owner Diane is a native to Jacksonville Florida. She started A & B Insurance in 2000 and continues to work hard to make it a great place for her team and all clients. Diane enjoys boating and learning everything insurance. She also enjoys the challenges of being a business owner, leader and student of her business coach. She is 100% authentic and has a passion for creating lifetime clients.

Becky Ryals

Service Account Manager Becky Ryals is the ‘anchor’ of the agency by supporting the team as well as providing white glove customer service. Becky has been licensed in insurance for 9 years and continues her journey of learning with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Becky is a true country girl who loves outdoor activities such as boating and bonfires. She loves to laugh and has a witty sense of humor – always keeping a smile on her face.
